Cancellations:

Have another thought? No problem! 

You have 120 minutes after placing your order to cancel for a full refund. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us prepare and ship orders efficiently.

Easy self-cancellation : If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can easily cancel it yourself through your account page within the free cancellation period. Your refund will be processed automatically within 4-7 business days.

Orders on their way : For orders already shipped or past the cancellation window, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.

Cancellation request can be raised by dropping a mail at with in (120 minutes) web@daurban.com . The cancellation of an order is not guaranteed. In case an order is successfully cancelled before it is processed, please take confirmation revert.

Returns & Replacements :

Quick Fix : If a simple replacement part can fix the issue, we'll send you one free of charge if the product is in warranty.

Full Return/Replacement : If your entire chair is damaged, incorrect, or unusable, we'll offer a full replacement in 24 hours of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied and happy!
